To Make Riders Faster

PezCycling News - PEZ Bookshelf: To Make Riders Faster

“To Make Riders Faster” is an excellent addition to cycling literature not only for its beautiful design and super illustrations; it probably would make a case study for someone wanting to go into business for themselves. Along with the stress and frustration that is present in a rapidly growing company in a global marketplace, the book has plenty of highlights, reasons why you would want to keep going in spite of the problems. There were impressive sporting successes on Cervélo bicycles; they were superb examples of focused engineering, executed with a clean and modern aesthetic that was immediately recognizable; there were plenty of people, from the co-founders downwards, who were passionate about what they were doing and the excitement is palpable. This is the history of a start-up that became a world-beater and a wild ride it was.
